Hi all
We have a scenario where we want a particular GROUP of users (webmasters) to be in charge of navigation edits. When a user submit a new file, it sends out a group task to that group and someone takes the task and approves the content. This user is NOT in the Group for Sharing but DOES have write access to the workarea and the file through the O/S file system.
We then identify it is a new file and do a USER task to attach the Nav file.
The issue we have is that we try to assign the ownership to the person who took the group task, it fails, assigning it right back to the initiator of the job, UNLESS I put the user in the MASTER UID file. This indicates permissions to me.
Genericaly speaking, does the person we are assigning the ownership of the user task to, HAVE to be in the group for sharing? What the heck are we doing wrong?
Also, I dont know if its related but the same user gets 'not a writable workarea' when they try and edit files in those workareas. We are using AD.
