Hoped that the EMC partner (sales?) channel would have something pre-prepared for us to plonk in front of reluctant upgraders - nothing doing and they didn't have any suggestion either! Do any of you guys have some persuasive business-orientated cases that you've used in the past?
The aim is to explain why it is in the customers' interest to upgrade rather than extend their 5.3 support.. Products are content server, DTC, web top, custom clients and ADTS.
Any suggestions much appreciated,
