JMS not running

We have few custom jobs which were running but after we install the ACS, they all were not running, even though the JMS was running.

then it was found that both JMS and ACS shared the same port,but even after changing the ports the jobs were not running.

This is the error found in catalina.log

"13:29:18,987 ERROR [http-9180-Processor24] com.documentum.mthdservlet.DoMethod - Request originated from illegal IP Address:110.115.18.92".

We dont have a cluster environment.

This is the error from the DA job screen:

"FAILED: Could not launch method Renamingdocu: OS error: (No Error), DM error: (). "

Do you have any idea on why is this happening and I suspect this is due to something changes after installing ACS.
