Documentum Centera Integration

We have about 3TB size of PDF documents stored in our archival repository. All the documents are stored in SAN storage.

We would like to move our storage from SAN to Centera storage. Could you please guide me how this can acheived? Please share with me if you come through any documents, case studies, etc

Have you read the Content Server Admin guide?  It has a whole section that talks about how to setup Centera.  Also look at MIGRATE_CONTENT method to content from one file store to another.
