Configurable_author_assignment

I am on Teamsite 6.5 on win 2000, I am trying ot tweek the workflow out of the box. In the Configurable_author_submit, there is a cpability of having the workflow to be concurrent, and it is specified in the configuration file as follows,

review_type=concurrent[select[role:editor],select[role:editor]]

What this does is give two fields where we can select reviewers from. And the Tag for this looks like follows,

Instead of this, i need a multiple select reviewer field, where i can select the reviewer and then every else will be done as in the worlflow, some tag inof like this,

Can anyone please help me how to do this,

I aplogize, for keeping this question as a very broad perspective where it is hard to answer straight away, but my concern is how should i comment out what temasite is providing out of the box, like reviewer1, reviewer 2 and so on and keep only the multi select box.
