Hi all,

I get an error when I preview a file in TS, which lies in a different branch.
When we preview an article which lies in branch content/strukturiert and klick on the navigation in the previewed file the request goes in another branch (content/homepages)

For this issue we have different proxy preconnect regex which do the following:

Schema(only for explanation):
1. content/strukturiert/WORKAREA/BR-ONLINE/wissen-bildung/^=content/strukturiert/WORKAREA/BR-ONLINE/wissen-bildung/index.xml
2. content/strukturiert/WORKAREA/BR-ONLINE/wissen-bildung/index.xml^=content/homepages/WORKAREA/BR-ONLINE/wissen-bildung/index.xml

Preview of such a file works, but I get an error popup with the following message:

Hi Robert,
as i understand your thread, you have problems with previewing files in branch content/homepages.
Do you get a correct response if you go into the branch content/homepages directly and preview a file there?
Do you have any iwproxy rules active for that branch?
Do you have a custom webserver for previewing files?

if I preview the file directly in the branch content/homepages it works.

This is the link to the file in the content/homepages branch:
http://cms-rescue/iw-mount/default/main/br_v1/content/homepages/WORKAREA/BR-ONLINE/wissen-bildung/index.xml

If I preview first any article in the branch content/strukturiert, e.g.
http://cms-rescue/iw-mount/default/main/br_v1/content/strukturiert/WORKAREA/BR-ONLINE/wissen-bildung/artikel/0601/02-polarlicht/index.xml

and then click on the navigation of the previewed file, which is a link to /wissen-bildung/ the proxy remaps correctly to the file in the branch content/homepages and the preview of the hompage-file (/wissen-bildung/index.xml) works, BUT I get the error message shown above.

We have two specific proxy rules to manage this case:

1. Rule: Append index.xml?IWFLAG on all requests to directories and resend to prxy (IWFLAG is for SCE-Tab)
2. Rule: Remap requests in content/strukturiert to content/homepages and resend to proxy

I think this error comes from the SCE-Tab anyhow and/or I have to debug the proxy although it seems to work correctly as the preview is Ok(except the error;-).

We do have an custom webserver (apache) listening on port 81.

Did you try to disable SCE for a test?
Perhaps you add a regex or a default setting below [iwproxy_smartcontextedit_allowed] in iw.cfg

Hello Stefan,

I disabled the SCE an the error has gone. Now I am sure that the error comes from the SCE Tab.
I am going to open a case by Interwoven, not thinking they can really help me, but I will try;-)
