Deployment getting stuck while updating iwtracker

Hi,

I am running Edition Deployment.
It runs tsxml properly. However while running, loadDB, it gets stuck while updating "updatetime" column of iwtracker table.

Following is the line in the log file after which the deployment gets stuck.

DAS:UPDATE iwtracker SET UPDATETIME='Mon Jun 20 10:35:18 EDT 2005' WHERE NAME='CMS_METADATA'

I am neither able to figure out the cause of the problem nor the solution.

Please help me debugging the problem.
