DFS 6.5 SP1 on Weblogic 10.3.0

Hi Experts,

We have requirement where in we need to upload and retrieve documents into/ from Documentum 6.5 SP1 using DFS 6.5 SP1 (Java). On the server, the DFS is deployed on JBoss (Out-of-Box). The client code is deployed on Weblogic 10.3. When we try to invoke the code, we get the following error:

com.emc.documentum.fs.rt.AuthenticationException: Authorization failed, could not find identities in service context with token "temporary/127.0.0.1-1264928029494-2971653709219058390"

The credential are all correct. On searching the forum, i came to know that DFS 6.5 SP1 does not support Weblogic 10.3. I also came to know that there are workarounds to this issue.  https://community.emc.com/message/13901

Can you please suggest what can be done to make this work please. Do let me know in case you need more details.

There is already a DFS HFX for 6.5 SP1 can support WLS 10.3. With this HFX, you can deploy DFS within WLS successfully. However, there are multiple reasons can cause "Authorization" issue. You may have to find the root cause. What's the exception from JBOSS and WLS log?
