Hi. I am new to Records Manager and I am supposed to give a PoC on Records Manager implementation. In my project, we have implemented DMS and the requirement was like one can create/import documents with certain customized attributes and based on a few mandatory attributes, the auto foldering takes place and the document gets filed there.
Now my concern is how do I implement Records Manager over the DMS we have implemented? I have a fair idea on creating RM policies and applying them and also declaring formal records.
Can declaring formal records be done programmatically? If yes, kindly give a brief overview on the same as it would be of great help.
