You can do this by using a counter variable for questions and answers. you can add this (<a href=$q_cnt) in iterator of questions and generate the same sort of counter with answers and reference it with column tag like (<TD id=$a_cnt>).
Thanks Nicholas

As i mentioned above, you just need to iterate for questions and set the href value using the counter variable and increment it.
Same way, you can do it for answer, just iterate like above and set the id value of <td> for answers, it will work. its pretty simple, try your own.
Still not able to do, let me know?
Thanks Nicholas

tsuman - just in case it isn't clear:
Generally, in these forums you have to come up with the initial code yourself and if it doesn't work there are people who will often take what you have and try to help you fix / improve it. Occasionally someone will provide whole-cloth code for you but it's rare because, if nothing else, you're supposedly getting paid by your organization to do this stuff - we aren't getting paid by our organizations to write it for you.
So - with that in mind - and given the reasonable suggestions of how to approach the problem that you've already been given - take a stab at writing it yourself first.
If you feel completely lost - then you need to look at taking one or more of the training classes offered by Interwoven (click on the Education link above).
The forums are a place for ranting, raving, praising, discussing, sharing (which generally implies work performed by *both* sides), etc. They are not meant as a substitute for training nor as a shopping ground for free-labor.
