We are developing code offshore and onsite. From offshore we are connecting onsite m/c through RSA token. We are able to login also. After login we imported DCT templates.
->Select the datacapture.cfg file using checkbox
->Click on File à New Form Entry link
->Form is opening
->Filled the data into the form and click on Finish button. We are getting following error.
"The page cannot be refreshed without resending the information."
But onsite people not getting any error. If onsite able to login using offshore people id also they are not getting any error.
Please give me your suggestions and ideas, what needs to be done ?. Any settings at onsite level.
Version : TS 6
Professional
Thanks
Nicholas
If I would you, will cross check the settings. RSA internally uses VPN (their own). I suggest to check firewall & customer web server.
It looks, this issue is more realted to the networks, not sure.
Thanks Nicholas

Hi, Can anyone of you provide me any leads as what Network setting is controlling the functionality of the Preview and Generate Button that is not letting us to use the feature of the tool.
Just to give a breif overview of the SETUP here at remote site is:
We are accessing a remote website through RSA keys and getting into the remote Network after the authentication is approved by the remote client and once the authentication is done then we are accessing the website within the network which is hosted in the client's intranet. There are three work areas that has been created in the remote server by the client but when we access these work areas individually at the client site everything was working as per requirement meaning Preview/Generate button was working but the same when we tried to access from a remote location Generate/Preview button was not working for us.
So, if any of you out there had faced the same problem and has a solution to this issue, could you please update us at the earliest. We have aggresive deadlines in the project to meet, hence your immediate reply/ideas/solutions/suggestions is very much appreciated.
Thank You
Adam Stoller
Are your remote locations going through a firewall to access the TS server?
If so - you may need to make sure they can send/receive traffic through port 81 which is where the "customer webserver" which is used to render preview and generate usually runs.
just a thought anyway.
