Worksite MP Home Page

Hi, I made a new installation of Worksite MP (Server and WEB Components). I configured everything (new cms, new library, new facility, trustees ecc...).

When I login in Worksite MP, I reach the Home page, but I can't do anything. I just can see an empty page (see attachment). The trustee I use to login is set as Workspace Creator.
Does anybody know why this happens?

Are you done with creating WorkSite MP Home(default workspace)? If yes just try clicking on the My WorkSite and select WorkSite Mp Home and then using add content, add a subscription list. now you can create your own workspaces.

I just seen your attachment, it is not showing the Add Content, Subscribe and other links?

No, when I reach the home page, I can see only the "close" link.
I can't understand why this happens.
It seems that my user can't do anything.

When I created the facility I inserted this user into the Workspace creators workgroup using the Library manager.
Do I have to do something else?

Worksite MP 4.1 SP1 HFB4
Worksite MP Web Components HFB4

I installed the server, then I configured one library, one cms. I created one master realm, I added three users, then I created the facility, added all the users and set the users for the Administrator and Workspace Creators workgroups.

Then I installed and configured the Worksite MP Web Components.

When you login thru the index.jsp, is it showing version 4.1.1.4.7 or something?

Create a new user, add this user to the facility then Trustee Browsers then WorkSpace Creator (do not add this user in administrators) now set the user home page :WorkSite MP Home Page and try login.

The version number showed by the index,jsp page is 4.1.1.4.7.
I tried your suggestion, but I have always the same problem.

Seems the setting issue, Can u send the snapshot of library manager->Administrator, Trustee, WorkSpace Facility and Master Realm
