Drop down not shown for selecting parameter value in a report

Hi All,

           I m facing the issue with reports that drop down for a paramter is not shown when i run the report from webtop whereas that drop is shown properly  when i run the report in Crystal Report Designer and also my reports with parameters are shown properly in browser. But the report without parameters are not shown in browser for them the crystal report designer is launched auatomatically. Plz someone help.

I m using CS 6.5 SP2, Webtop 6.5 sp2 and DRS 6.5 sp2

Hi,

Drop down boxes do not display in webtop, this is a known limitation of SP2 (see the DRS release note).

I havent seen your problem with reports without parameters before but have they been imported as the correct type (drs_report)?
