Java Method Server 6.5 memory settings

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what the recommened Java heap size for the JBoss method/ACS server is on V6.5? We have an installation that is supposed to be sized for 1000 concurrent users. OOTB 256M is definitely not enough, nor is 512M.

This is dependent on how much memory you have available on the machine.  If you try to allocate too much memory, the JMS wont start.  Assuming you have enough memory, I remember reading somewhere that 2048M was the max for JBOSS.
