How to upload a document in Worksite?

Hi,

I would like to upload a document to worksite from my client machine directly. What are all the possible ways I can upload a document & which is good?

1) Is this a good approach to use workspace.upload() method to upload a file directly?
or
2) Can we convert the file as document object and as usual we can update the document into worksite?

I'm not able to understand what you are trying to do in that sample program? What will be the input to that program and how are you uploading a file to worksite in that sample program attached. Could you pls explain in detail. If you have any other sample program pls send it across to me.

Actually I suggested a way to upload the local file to worksite mp using our own approach. You could use any code for uploading, If you have other easy way to do that.

using Bulk uploader to upload the document directly to worksite mp

You can use, as well, Bulkloader command line, then you have to create a XML document where you specify what, where and how are you going to upload documents. Afterwards you can use that xml and run it with an script from your server every time that you need or set it up for running automatically.

you can also get the application format of the file you can upload then.
