sanjeevappa
Hi ALL,,,
I Have A Requirement when a user logs ininside the TS, he should see only those files related to HIM in a particular WORKAREA, other files should be invisible for that particular USER in that WORKAREA.
How to make this restriction or How acheive this??.
My Envirnment is : TS 6.5.

Any ideas will be Appeciated.
Thanks in Advance.

The ONLY way to do this in a supported fashion is to create distinct BRANCHES for each user's content.
Workareas are intended to be just that - work areas - places where a user who has access to the area can see a virtual copy of the entire branch's content and where they may (or may not) have access to create and/or modify files. The files they do not have access for editing will still be visible - just not editable.
Any attempt to make distinct workareas on a given branch contain distinct sets of files is completely unsupported and will lead to all sorts of problems.
If you feel strongly about the need for this kind of view filtering - you will need to open a feature request with Interwoven Support - and maybe in a year or more they might provide this functionality (it's a pretty significant change to the existing system, so even if they like the idea, don't expect it to happen too quickly).
