[ TaskSpace 6.0 SP1 ] Unable to login

Hi all,

We have finished TaskSpace 6.0 SP1 installation on CS 6.0 SP1 on AIX 5.3/Oracle 10g/WAS 6.1.0.13.

We have installed all DocApps required (forms builder, process builder and taskspace), and deployed correctly taskspace.war file on Application Server. Now, we are trying to login by first time into TaskSpace using Documentum superuser account but nothing is happening, no error messages are displayed in login screen, and we can't access to TaskSpace. If we enter an incorrect password for this account we receive 'We're sorry, authentication failed'… but when the password is correct we are unable to login, nothing happens.

I checked the roles, and this account belongs to ts_designer role. Is it related with permissions? Do I missing something?

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Yes, all TaskSpace roles have been created and our Documentum super user account is member of each role... but are unable to login.

Have you checked the app server or documentum log on the app server? There should be errors logged in there. I suspect that either global registry is unreachable or it was down when teh app server was started or the presets cannot be downloaded.

If no errors are present in the log, shutdown the app server, delete cahced files in "cache" folder on the app server and restart the app server.

There was a known issue with TaskSpace about the wrong preset ACL assigned when a custom taskspace app is installed, but I am not sure if it applied to the out of teh box installation as well.
