Thumbnail for new template is not showing up

Hello,

We have created new format & template for docx extension in Webtop 5.3 SP6. Able to create documents using it, the problem is thumbnail for it is not showing up in DA/Webtop.

Please let us know how to add and attach thumbnail image to a template/format, is it acheivable through DQL?

Another thing is there is existing format 'msw12' available with dos_extension of 'docx' with it also thumbnail is not showing.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Verify if thumbnails are enabled for docx extenstion use this DQL

select r_object_id,dos_extension,richmedia _enabled from dm_format where dos_extension='docx'

if richmedia _enabled=0 then make it 1 to enable thumbnail for docx formats, restart thumbnail service after updating dm_format
