Exporting sysobject

Dear folks,

Is it possible to export sysobject created and populated on the fly without saving it in the repository before that?

The approximate pseudo codes are below:

a) create a sysobject from the ID (in my case from the root of VD )

IDfSysObject sysobject = (IDfSysObject) session.getObject(id);

b) populate it with some children (not necessarily its own)

sysobject.appendPart(componentID1,...);

sysobject.appendPart(componentID2,...);

sysobject.appendPart(componentID3,...);

c) export it to the file system

sysobject.getFile("myFolder\myFile");
