Are theses external task scripts that worked previously? Or are these new scripts that have never been verified to work?

Can you post, as an attachment, one of the externaltask scripts?

All the external task were working previously and all of a sudden started hanging.
Also attached one of the external file.
Please let us know as early as possible.

Thanks

Has anything changed in the environment? Any wft, external task, permissions, configurations, etc.?

What happens when you run the external tasks manually from the command line? Do you see any warning or error messages?

Hi,

If we run external task from command prompt it runs without any error.

Can you post the WFT code (or better, the instantiated job description file) for the externaltask that invokes this script?

I see some questionable coding in the script - but nothing that identifies why it hangs without the context of the WFT.

The script also provides for debugging output - which apparently isn't being used - so you have no data to examine to debug the problem either.
