I am configuring the IRM Services For Documentum 6.5sp2 extension as described in the installation guide, vs IRM Server 4.6.1, on Windows2k3sp2
When trying to configure the extension I am getting this error:
An exception raised by the service
Fault code: SOAP-ENV:Server
Fault String: Authorization failed, please review identities provided in service context "vm2/192.160.111.142-,....
I found this error described in some forums but no clear solution provided in any of them.
I reviewed the dfc.properties and all looks ok. I can log to the repository with irm_user_ext, and it has the appropiate rights.
What can be causing this error?
