invokeMethod() failed while calling: onOk

Hello,

we're having a problem with the lifecycle state.

It keeps throwing thsi error when the lifecycle needs to go from Approval to Issued.

The previous steps of the lifecycle are going correct. Draft -> In review -> Approval are all going correct.

Does anyone please can help us solving this error.

Do you have any lifecycle actions? If so, I have see where the code behing them sometimes gets corrupt. Try removing the action, checkin lifecycle, and then add the action back in.

Hello Johnny,

the only actions in the lifecycle is that there is an mail sent to the group of persons who are responsible for the next action to take.

When we change on the last action the group-name to an individual person then there is an error thrown?!.

Checkin the life-cycle out and back in did not change anything

Do you got more solutions perhaps?

How is this mail sent (post procedure action)? What happens if you remove the procedure from the lifecycle?

sorry for th elate response, but at the moment the users are using the quickflow actions and seem to be content with that.
