Problem registering IRM Certificate on eRoom Server

Hi,

We have been configuring IRM for eRoom.

We are stuck up at a step for long time now which is ->
In IRM Server, we have generated a self-signed certificate (.PEM file). Now, this is to be imported through MMC, on the machine where eRoom Server is installed.
On eRoom machine, through MMC only certificates with extensions ‘ .PFX, .p12, .P7B, .SST ‘ are accepted.
It doesn’t accept .PEM or .DER certificates. (Our OS is Windows 2003 Server or Windows XP – we tried on both eRoom site)

We looked at tools like openssl to covert .pem into .pfx but were not successful.

Please advice ASAP, what can be done next. This is a show-stopper, we can’t move ahead.

This is a problem in the IRM Server.  We will shortly be delivering a hotfix to the IRM server which corrects this problem.  Please contact support for details about how to get this hotfix.
