What are the barcode extraction or fail rates for Captiva Image Enhancement?

I see in almost every document that the barcode extraction process is accurate. However I never seem to find data/statistics/ percentages on how often the barcode is extracted successfully. When you respond please provide a link to figures offered. I am trying to write a document in favor of this product and I need statistical support. Thanks.

I cant point to a statistic, but I think the reason its hard to find this kind of metric is that barcodes are normally used as ID fields that can be validated as part of the barcode extraction.  In other words, Captiva can validate the barcode against a range of ID values. If it fails, throw to a user and have that person correct.  What you are asking is almost like asking how many users spell words incorrectly in Word?  The metric against probably doesnt exist because most of use spell check, which is a validation tool.
