Can anyone tell me where I can download Documentum Content Server Developer Edition 6.5 SP3?

It may be part of the Content Server download. I saw that with SP3, there is a new manual for developer edition as part of the content server.

I checked it in Documentum Download Center of powerlink and only got installation guide Content_Server_Developer_Edition_Installation_6.5_SP3.pdf for Documentum Developer Edition 6.5 SP3, but I cannot find the installation package for Documentum Developer Edition 6.5 SP3.
Have you read the guide (I havent yet)? Maybe the installation is the same now.
I only looked through it. It says developer edition 6.5 SP3 supports windows 2008 x86 edition, etc.
I don't think developer edition 6.5 SP3 has been released. It's insteresting that the installation guide is ready
