Auto Reloading JSP Files Without Rebuilding WebApps
I found this article in tech library at http://devnet.interwoven.com/site.fcgi/techlib/54444,

I tried using it but the problems I found were
1)I couldn't find -nojsp_precompile flag for install_webapps.ipl what i understand is because i am using Teamsite 6.0. I don't know which flag i need to use with it for similiar functionality.
2)The other problem is whenever i restart 'servletd', sever.xml changes to older version where the context's attribute reloadable was set to "false".

Please help.

Not sure I can help you out with the first item, since I don't have TeamSite 6.0 running anywhere.

As for your second question, you need to change the following file, which is used when servletd gets restarted:

iw-home/servletd/conf/server.xml.template

at the bottom of this file you will find the reloadable parameter that you can update to make the setting reloadable="true" permanent.

Keep in mind that this template file will most likely be overwritten by service packs and patches, so make sure you go back and re-apply this change in the future.
