Hi all ,

Queries ::

>> In my case 2 versions of cssdk server is installed on teamsite server.So, how will i know about that which cssdk server is
providing or participating in ContentServices for portal applications ?

>> If i have installed CSSDK server of some version(2.0.0) then is it a compulsion to install the same version of CSSDK client(2.0.0)
on the portal server(In my case gadgets on portal need to access teamsite services ) OR
can we install the any version version of client(2.1) on this portal server ?

>>Is this necessary to install CSSDK server separately if i have to use Content Services .The reason i am asking this is because
when we install teamsite, it automatically installs cssdk server.

This is for which version of TeamSite for TS 6.x you do not have to install cssdk server separately. You have to install only the client cssdk

my teamsite server is 6.1 with SP2 on windows 2000(with SP4).

I am hoping to get answer for rest of my queries..

You dont need any cssdk server on the TS server Box. You only need the cssdk client on the portal Box. The version supported for TS 6.1 is cssdk 2.1 client.
