Hi guys,

WS 2003, TS 6.5 SP 1
Does anyone have an idea to add another button next to a replicant's +, - and moving buttons? In particular I am looking into implementing a "Duplicate replicant" function...

We have discussed similar functionality here. Haven't implemented it as yet.

To answer your question, there is no way to add a button by the normal replicant buttons. At least, no supported way, and I haven't tried hacking anything to figure out an unsupported way. My plan was to just include an item in my replicant that was essentially just a callout button that would copy all of the contents of the current replicant to another replicant. In 6.5, this button could even create the new replicant and fill it in.
