Index Server started but not fetching results for content search

Hi all,

    Index Server and Agent Started status is running in both da and index server console. nctrl sysstatus cmd is displaying all process in running state. Index server Collection overview at http://localhost:16000/admin/collections/ is having status as indexed for documents added.

            But content search on the documents is not working. Only one issue i found was

ContentDistributor (fds/contentdistributor)
