Removing objects out of the inbox from users

Hello,

We want to remove objects from the inbox off user(s).

We want do this this for the following reason:

We use workflows wich contribute documents to a group off users from wich one off them has to verify the content off the document, and then he/she can puts up the next step in the workflow.

This means that old (?) workflow objects will stay at the inbox from the other users.

These objects we want to remove.

Is this possible?

Your workflow should be configured such that the activity performer is "Single User From Group". When one user acquires the task, then task is removed from all other users in the group.

Hello!

If you're trying to clean up ancient task for all users - the best tool is job dm_DmClean. Configure to the number of days to keep task and start it.

thanks for your reactions, we are using dm_clean but this does is not fully.

But at the moment this is not an issue anymore for us.
