WorkSIte MP 4.1 SP1 & MailSite

My customer is using an application for archiving processes (Suntaxis) this application has an integration with Word using a button toolbar loading macro’s.

When we install MailSite we get a conflict with Suntaxis. What happens is that after the MailSite installation is done in most cases the Suntaxis buttons won’t work at all anymore, in some cases we see that the WorkSite commands do not work anymore.

Suntaxis and WorkSite ore both Vital products for the day to day work at the customer.

My question is, do you guys got any experience with this kind of problem, is it for instance possible to assign WorkSite commands to custom made buttons in Word

any help would be appreciated
