Cannot see form associated with process

I associated a form I made with Forms Builder to a business process I made with Process Builder using the Tools->Process Properties menu item. However, when I attach a document of the same type as the form to the workflow, and start the workflow, when I reach the first manual activity the form is not displayed to me when I double-click on the work item in the Inbox in DAM.

Is there a menu item I have to go through in DAM to see the form? Or should the form just naturally come up?

Verify that you are observing same behavior in DA and/or Webtop. I have seen features that only work in webtop and not other products built on top of WDK (eg DAM, DCM, DA, etc).

I am seeing the exact same behaviour in both DA and webtop.

Are you trying to import/create a document? If so, I believe a form is normally defined as content of object, so you cant "associate" document content with object instance that already has form created for the object. You will end up overwriting form. You should be able to File-> New -> Form and the attach that to the workflow.

What I actually did was open DAM, then without selecting the document I wanted to push through the process, I clicked on the Tools menu, the Workflows sub-menu, and clicked on My Workflows.

It created a new instance of my process with the form for me to fill out automatically displayed.

Your suggestion also worked too.
