Connectors

Hi,

I am very new to this worksite. I have to create one new connector.
Inside that connector i have to display my jsp pages also i wanna execute the servlets. I tried to create one connector.Physically it creates some folder. i have copied my jsp pages inside that connector folder. but i dont where i have copy my servlets also i dont know how to execute. can any one tell me detaily about this... its urgent .

Copying files directly into connector folder will not work. On WorkSite MP, you are not supposed to manually copy anything from/to web folders. You should use the Config Tool to do the same; otherwise upgrades will wipe out your changes.

Here is what you need to do.

1. Add a Connector Set in Config Tool
2. Add a connector into this connector set
3. Go into the connector you have added and edit/update content.jsp to do your job.
4. If you are invoking third party jsps/servlets, please make sure to do that in an iframe.

Hi,

I have created a connector and have assigned security as "private" to it. Now how will I ensure that if someone hits the connector URL directly should not get access to the content?
