Hi,

I have two questions.

1. Example: I am the work of the review task. Once i review my work i assign it to a different group. Now can i cancel that group selection and select another group. ie, My question is can i take back the task and reassign it to some other group.

2. I have say 5 dcrs in the email notification. But i decide to edit only 3 of them and continue with the workflow. So, i want to attach those 3 to the workflow and remove the other 2 back. Is this possible?

Hi,

Your Second Option is Possible very easily make changes in WFT to make transtion manually, so that you can remove or detach files.

I thibk for first one is possible either that group has to revert that to you or have some time out to rethink on that for that task.

Hi Again,

This is regarding my second question for deleting DCR's from workflow.

Is it possible to do this from the email itself. ie, could i give a link "delete" next to Preview/Reject next to every DCR in the email sent out.

or

Could i could provide a checkbox next to every DCR attached in the email and give a "Delete" button in the email which would detach those selected DCR's from the email and attach the remaining once to the workflow.

Is this possible? If yes then please give your feedback or ideas.

Possible - yes.
Trivial - unclear.

If you can embed the proper TeamSite CCI URLs into your email message then it is conceivable that you could allow the user to click on links within the email to remove files from the job - however - there's no "undo" to fix a mistaken click.
