Generating and previewing templates using FireFox

hi,

Why do the presentation templates which give no problems during previewing or generation in IE do not get displayed properly in FireFox? Are there any special codes that we need to add to the templates to prevent this? Or could this be a problem with the css files and html tags that we are using?

are you talking about running TeamSite in Firefox or just rendering the pages later on?

in the first case, IWOV does not support FireFox (even though it works for me)

in the second, this is a well known issue - how to achieve cross-browser compatibility and this is beyond TeamSite and is in your hands completely.

I am talking abt just rendering the pages. I get this funny behaviour wherein if i open the generated page the first time using firefox the page is all messed up, but if i click on refresh or open the generated page again using firefox then the page comes up properly without errors. Any idea what could be causing such behaviour?

I will just repeat what I said. This is not a TeamSite issue - it's your reponsibility to work out cross-browser compatibility for the pages you generate - if you need to.
