TaskSpace (Forms Builder) Form

Hi,

we are having a discussion how to create a Purchase Request form in TaskSpace / Forms Builder enviroment.

We need a form with header information and controls for adding/removing line items (like the one in attachement). Is this possible to create in our current setup?

Hi Johnny! We want to create a Purchase order form with the following requirements:

- form to include table with repeating attributes (add/remove line item control)

- to be able to edit the form during Workflow (for example when PO is rejected, for form initiator to be able to edit it and change the PO)

- to be able to print the form (print button)

- use templates (so users could use saved PO templates for easy data population)

- to connect to external database source (ERP vendor database)

You think this is feasible to achive with electronic forms or is better to build a custom app and integrate it with TaskSpace/workflow?

If you want to print the form, then you want to do this as high fidelity form. If you can create high fidelity as "paper" document, then you can design/build this within Taskspace.
