How to access form using URL

Hi,

We have a requirement to launch a form(created in forms builder) to be accessed using URL without any login to documentum application.

The data entered by user should be saved in repository.

Is this possible using Electronic form or any other form in 6.5 version and if yes how?

Please help.

I am not sure about Form but you can create a custom component and you can configure anonymous access to the application.
