Hi,

I loaded a template on documentum which is .docx format.

When I'm creating a custom document type which is using .docx template on the Format drop down it shows none and I have to select MS Word Document 2007 so that it can show the template.

But if my template is .doc it shows template automatically.

Hi,

Please check your dm_format. If docx is not found then create it and map it to the corresponding application to open.
