Using ADTS and DFS to get a thumbnail

Hello all,

Using an ADTS server I would like a client application written in Java/DFS to get a thumbnail/preview image of a document. Currently I am attempting to use IStoryboardService but without success, I get StoryboardServiceDescriptor class missing exception back from the web service. What is the best practices way to get a thumbnail/preview image with the ADTS server and dam_services.jar through DFS?
