Use of UCF in DFS

Hi, I am new with documentum.

Right now I am working on a proj with DFS and have to UCF for the content transfer.

Is the JSessionId and UCFId mandatory when you use the UCF in DFS?

If so how will I be able to get those values..Any code snippet will be very helpful.

Hi,

The usage of UCF content transfer depends whether you want to use it on "server side" (where you have whole ucf client library) or on the client side (inside a browser environment, when you need an applet to do content transfer to the local machine).
