You have distributed Content server environment, now I want to map all users with LDAP, so how do you do LDAP synchronization like basically how you will map your Documentum user with that of your LDAP.

You can just create a dm_ldap_config object. In 6.5 under basic Config > LDAP Servers.
On the Sync & Authentication tab you can tell what you want to sync.
On the Mmapping tab you can set what documentum property mmaps to the ldap server property.
After this dm_ldap_config object is created run you job: dm_LDAPSynchronization.
