I am getting this Error while trying to run a simple DD script..

I believe the problem is that you are using a deployment configuration file which defines a single deployment definition named testdeployment but running a command where you specify iwdd=myd which indicates you want to run a deployment definition named myd - and that doesn't exist in the deployment configuration file, so it can't find it and doesn't know what to do.
Try using iwdd=testdeployment on the command line instead, and see if that works better.

I'm just taking shots in the dark here - but rather than doing:
iwodcmd start OD_testdeployment -k iwdd=testdeployment

Try:

iwodcmd start testdeployment -k iwdd=testdeployment

If you already have the DD config file in OpenDeployNG, you shouldn't need a wrapper config file for it - just call it directly.

Somehow I doubt this is the source of the original problem, but at the very least it should remove one variable.
