I would strongly recommend against using Workflow Builder. Unless you are going to have extremely simple workflows that are not dynamic in any way, Workflow Builder is not for you. Even if they are that simple, Workflow Builder is not for you. Either send someone to a training class to get a crash course in workflow basics or hire someone who knows what they are doing. Only use Workflow Builder if you do not plan on ever using the workflow it creates.

It's available on the Interwoven support site in the downloads section underneath TeamSite 5.5.2. It has not been updated since then.
There is a new version of this tool set to be released soon that Interwoven has OEMed from another provider which is much better than the current tool.
If you must use this tool now, it is good for creating very basic workflows, or at least letting you make the interconnections between workflows, but to be actually used in practice, you will need to remove a lot of the extra stuff that is put into the wft file and then tweak the naming of things, etc. Use it as a starting point only for laying tasks out.

Thanks to you both :-)

I would strongly recommend against using Workflow Builder.
Unless you still write your programs in Basic, do not use WFB

I also don't want to use WorKFlow builder,
but I don't understand the "settings" and "Variables" in a *.wft
some body or some where can give me support about that?

Well, there are training classes offered by Interwoven, plus the manual, plus the
workflow tutorial supplement
. If, after at least going through the last two items there but preferably all 3, you still have questions - try to phrase those questions as clearly and detailed as possible and someone here is bound to be able to respond.
I don't know what you mean by "settings".
"variables" can exist at both the job level and the task level - they're just key/value pairs that allow you to store and/or pass information from one part of the workflow through to another part and/or to/from scripts executed from your workflow.
