How to simplify permissions management for MyDocumentum for Sharepoint?

I am trying to determine best approach to minimizing the usability issues with managing permissions for MyDocumentum for Sharepoint. Since Sharepoint has different permissions within a teamsite and Documentum has its own permissions within the repository, users have to manage permissions separately. Does anyone have any ideas or experience in making this easier for the end user?

There is no way to manage permissions for sharepoint and Documentum at one place...

What we do is.. we manage all the permissions in Documentum (i believe there is no other choice). We give basic permissions in sharepoint by which user was able to access the web part.

We have a separate sharepoint site to access the documentum.

Thanks for your quick response. I know there really isn't a way to do this out of the box, but wondering what creative ideas there may be to make this less painful. Not that I have thought the implications of this completeley, but you use active directory groups in sharepoint, and sync those active directory groups in documentum, right? That means you are now managing group membership in one place, but you would still have a gap in managing ACLs. Other ideas? Are there 3rd party options, or maybe a professional services organization has come up with a solution?

As more companies start to roll out MyDocumentum for Sharepoint, I can't imagine this not being a huge usability issue. Maybe we are different in our use case?
