Regarding DBI drivers - Clarification

We are using TS 6.1 which supports perl 5.8.2 with MS SQL Server 2000. What are the perl DBI drivers supported in this. We have used ODBC driver to fetch unicode data from SQL 2K. But, the content is getting corrupted while retrieving. Is there any other perl driver supported in TS which we can use to fetch the unicode data from SQL 2K.

I believe in most cases you need to download the DBD modules for your particular DB from CPAN and build/install them yourself.
(I know this is the case for Oracle drivers)
