We have installed Documentum ADTS 6.5 SP3 and have noticed a interesting occurrence. We will be looking at two folders, one with thumbnails and another without. The folder without thumbnails generated will display the default image (for MS Word, MS PowerPoint, folders, etc) when the Thumbnail view is chosen. The folder with thumbnails generated may have one or two documents that were not processed as thumbnail images. When viewing thumbnails in this folder we see the transformed image, yet for the one or two documents not transformed we get a "X" and not the default image.In the mixed bag folder, should we not see transformed images and the default image representation for MS Word?Thanks.
