"Generating" a form in CC STD

Hi,
(TS 6.5, SP1, Solaris)
In CC STD, when users populate a Form, many click "Next" without remembering to click "Generate". The result is that only the DCR is submitted to the workflow. Is this a problem for others too? Any ideas of getting around this simply?

I've seen a workflow for CCSTD users whereby an external task automatically generated the HTML and attached it to the job. The name and location of the generated file was based upon the name and location of the DCR. This is probably a bit OTT - doing a bit too much for the users and affecting flexibility.

Alternatively, maybe you can use FormAPI to intercept the "Next" click (the onClose event handler might do this?) and run a script to check generation has occurred?
