Problem to map data from an high fidelity form to a dm_document ---URGENT

Hi !!!

I have a problem. I've modelling my process with process builder 6.5 like in this following picture:

In my FTP activity, I get a high fidelity form named cm_contrat_odt. I map all its attributes to the attributes of an dm_document named cm_request and then I link my cm_request to a chosen folder.

My problem is that the mapping is not well done I think because, the cm_request routed in my folder is just empty.

Then, could someone know what's the matter please?
