how does content server determine the permission of form(package) used in workflow

hi everyone here,

I used a form that created by Forms Builder 5.3 in workflow.

This workflow will be handled by different groups of user.

I login as user "bcg1"

click Tools \ Workflow \ Start and click the link to create the form, in this moment the system automatically generated a Permission set and assign to this Form object.

I found it only grant bcg1's group "bcg" access, but no other group. This makes other groups can't modify the form during the workflow.

It's seem that some permission sets for form is applied with "BPM User Default ACL", and some applied with user'a default ACL.

My problem is:

I wish the form can be modified in every activity for different groups of user.

how to controle the acl applied on package?

How do I suppose to do?

I have solved it.

solution:

1. change "Inherit Permission set from " to "type"

2. make every form type's default permission set as "BPM User default acl"
