How to attach a document to my high fidelity form?

Hi y'All !!

I want to do something with formbuilder and taskspace 6.5 but I don't know how!!!

I have a process that start with the arrival of a new high fidelity form filled by a user. I want the the use can attach a document to the high fidelity form he'd filled.

So my workflow's package will be the high fidelity form filled and the document attached to it. Then when the package move through the workflow, a user'll have to review that package; and what I want is that the reviewer can view the form and the document attached to the high fidelity form in the viewer on his task template form.

I really don't know if it is possible and if yes how to do it...Could someone help me please?

This is definitely possible with regular forms as we do this exact function. I would imagine it's possible with High Fidelity Forms also.
